You are:

  • Hyper organized and driven;
  • Process oriented;
  • Able to understand complex products and understand customer needs quickly;
  • Open to feedback.

Simple put, you were the person voted “Most likely to succeed” in high school.

You have also:

  • 2 years of Sales Development experience from a prior job. Bonus points for Cutco or high ticket retail sales;
  • An uncanny ability to build trust with people;
  • A desire to learn and love to try new things.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Development representative at Credo, you will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying new prospects generated from inbound marketing campaigns;
  • Following up with prospects who have not yet converted to paying customers;
  • Documenting all of your work and keeping tight data on all conversations;
  • Leading with charisma and a strong work ethic;
  • Working with leadership team members to refine market segmentation and messaging, based off your customer-facing experiences.

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software to optimize sales performance
  • Sales experience
