You understand how search impacts the consumer journey across multiple channels, and can educate our partners with the information they need to make great decisions.

Working alone and in teams, you follow through and have the ability to autonomously execute projects from conception to completion. Leadership & Business Development:
Identify and build project strategies tailored to a prospective partner’s business goals and ensure that this strategy is appropriately communicated in discussions and within each proposal
Forecast changes in the industry and develop specific business requirements to ensure future competitive advantages that aim to position Relevance Advisors as a leader in the industry
Manage the performance and professional development of a team of digital marketers
Foster team collaboration, inspire innovation and drive professional growth
Manage and drive hiring needs to ensure appropriate alignment with partner needs while managing against aggressive growth goals and agency margin expectations
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are constantly met and are congruent with Relevance Advisors’ core values, goals and vision
Act as the strategic lead for our partners, and focus heavily on building strong, lasting relationships
Orchestrate internal teams to contribute to and lead development and delivery of strategic, client-facing presentations and recommendations
Learn the ins and outs of each partner’s business and industry to further support your leadership of strategies, recommendations and opportunities
Stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategy and communicate these trends to partners and our team, focusing on how changes can help improve results
Analytics & Strategy:
Make data and results digestible and to share campaign success as it relates to our partners’ goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
Translating partners’ business goals into KPIs and reporting requirements
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
Create custom reporting views and segments provide actionable recommendations
Troubleshoot and resolve analytics tagging and tracking issues
Monitor partners’ cross-channel digital marketing performance, and create measurement plans to evaluate user engagement and conversion goals
Search Engine Optimization:
Assess partner websites and develop prioritized architectural, technical, and content recommendations and SEO roadmaps for each partner
Collaborate with internal teams to architect, implement and manage complex SEO campaigns for enterprise partners
Conduct competitive benchmarking, analysis, and monitoring
Develop a goal based SEO roadmap for each of their clients and ensure that targets are achieved
Review project requirements for each release and work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to implement changes
Monitor the performance of partner’s SEO campaign, contribute professional insights and develop optimization plans to capitalize on growth opportunities
Research, document and maintain SEO best practices and develop processes to utilize them throughout the organization
5+ years of experience
2+ years of leadership experience; managing a team
Strong understanding of digital marketing; experience with SEO tools
Highly organized; strong ability to identify and lasso folks running in different directions
Exceptional presentation, training and client-facing skills
Strong analytic and strategic abilities
Demonstrated success of driving growth
Ability to articulate complex strategies to an audience with varying degrees of digital knowledge/expertise
Holistic and critical thinker; ability to inspire high levels of cross-functional collaboration
In-depth knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools & Bing Webmaster Tools
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) Required
In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS and web programming languages.
Experience optimizing content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, SiteCore, Umbraco, Expression Engine, Magento, etc.)
Experience analyzing large amounts of data to develop actionable recommendations
Experience with enterprise SEO and rank tracking tools (SearchMetrics, BrightEdge, Conductor, SEOClarity, Moz, etc.)
Fluent in Word, PowerPoint, and Google Apps
Expert knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a BBA in Marketing and/or Management
Qualification in statistics, economics, accounting, math, or other data-driven field
Seasoned industry speaker
Philanthropic efforts a plus
Demonstrated success of growing and scaling a team
Experience contributing to a company’s strategic mission and goals by participating as a member a leadership team
