Head of Growth

Browze is looking for a Head of Growth to take ownership of marketing strategy, MarTech roadmap, and performance campaigns that will deliver the next stage of growth for the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, your job will be to build a scalable user acquisition engine while optimizing customer re-engagement funnels via CRM.

What you’ll do:

– Develop a holistic data-driven marketing strategy that includes user acquisition, customer retention and conversion rate optimization
– Own online marketing programs for the Browze brand through Paid Social (Facebook, Snap), Display, Email, and Push Notifications
– Unlock additional growth channels by evaluating new opportunities for media spend
– Champion customer lifetime value by implementing a robust lifecycle campaign to drive repurchase rates
– Support and enforce the maintenance of company brand guidelines including, but not limited to, fonts, messaging, color palette
– Assess hiring needs and coach existing team members while setting priorities and goals to maximize potential
– Establish clear reporting cadence to monitor marketing performance across the user journey
– Stay abreast of the latest trends in performance marketing to develop a roadmap for A/B testing and continuous optimization of marketing metrics
– Recommend, hire and manage external agencies and freelancers as required

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or similar; Master’s preferred
– 6+ years in a fast paced, direct-to-consumer business; eCommerce experience highly desirable
– 2+ years directly managing and leading a team
– You are analytical, experiment-driven, and rigorously measure campaigns to make improvements in the conversion funnel
– You are willing to roll up your sleeves and hit the ground running: you’ll be expected to deliver a balance between strategy, leadership and execution
– Demonstrated experience scaling a marketing function in high growth environment; solid understanding of implementing direct response campaigns across Paid Social, Display, Video, Email and App
– Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills
