Head of marketing – CoEdition

We are looking for a smart, ambitious leader excited to pursue a entrepreneurial, marketplace opportunity in fastest growing category within the $300BN apparel market.

The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter with a deep passion for online marketing, specifically Facebook and Google (SEM and PLAs), alongside a general attitude to go above and beyond for our customer.

Our Head of Marketing will be critical in much more than simply defining and executing our marketing strategy. This early stage leader will be instrumental in helping set the cultural fabric of our positive, ambitious and fun culture in our New York City headquarters.

Oversee the strategy, planning, execution and measurement of paid and organic strategies to drive new customers at sustainable acquisition costs
Demonstrated proficiency in managing and scaling a paid budget in Facebook and/or Google (SEM and PLAs) is a must
Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion and acquisition costs
Responsibility for leading lifetime value, cohort analysis and LTV/CAC reporting by channel,
Analyze and communicate campaign performance to Executive and cross-functional teams to influence strategy, spend and content
Lead and maximize relationships with digital agencies and service providers.
Identify and test cross-industry trends and best practices
What You Offer:
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Direct experience creating and executing customer acquisition campaigns
Experience managing marketing budgets, deliverables and timelines
Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to turn data into practical insight
Expertise in Excel, Google Analytics; SQL is a plus
Ability to utilize and manage A/B and multivariate test solutions
Willing to play up and play down – no job is too small or too large
Strong communication and presentation skills
Start-up e-commerce experience preferred, interest in consumer products / fashion is a plus
Strong communication skills, highly collaborative and team oriented
Positive and consistent attitude; good sense of humor is a plus!
