Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Auto Europe is seeking a proactive Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our e-commerce team. This individual will work to monitor organic search engine performance on Auto Europe websites and deliver insightful recommendations to improve search rankings, traffic, engagement and conversion.

The successful applicant will be focused, reliable and have the ability to multi-task and quickly deliver in a fast-paced marketing department. We are seeking a self-starter who is excited to share new ideas and collaborate with team members to drive more website traffic and conversions. This role is a great opportunity to join a growing travel industry leader and participate in a dynamic B2C environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Identifying and executing opportunities to increase qualified organic traffic
Creating and maintaining content pages in our content management system
Monitoring and reporting on search engine rankings
Keeping pace with search engine best practices and working with the team to apply them to our websites
Identifying link building opportunities to increase page authority
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in organic SEO
A working knowledge of search engine algorithms and best practices
Experience using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
Experience with Google Webmaster Tools
General knowledge of HTML
Experience with SEMRush and/or Mura CMS a plus
