User Acquisition Coordinator – Fetch

The role we’re seeking to fill:
We are looking to hire a User Acquisition Coordinator, sitting within Fetch’s User Acquisition team, responsible for mobile media buys from direct publishers and mobile ad networks. The UA team will work closely with the client accounts team as well as media vendors. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best media vendors are being used across clients, there is a consistent process for all vendors and spend is distributed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will come from a digital agency background with some media planning/buying, campaign management experience, and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills.

Key responsibilities:
Supporting the client accounts teams to help determine campaign goals, budgets and KPIs in order to facilitate the creation of the most efficient media plan for the client campaign.
Selecting media partners, setting up campaigns, trafficking links, optimizing campaigns and reporting performance to the internal accounts team.
Ensuring that best practices are met when selecting vendors and ensuring a consistent approach is taken across all vendors in regards to transparency, fraud, pricing, and optimization.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, and manipulating data to identify trends)
A fundamental understanding of media planning and buying
Experience managing multiple tasks at once in a high pressure environment
Comfortable working with multiple internal and external teams
Detail oriented
Self-driven with a hunger to learn
Some experience working with a digital advertising agency is preferred
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s Degree
