Specto Technology

Specto Technology provides industry-leading hardware and software solutions for wireless geotechnical, structural, and environmental monitoring. Based in Linden, New Jersey, and operating nationally, Specto sought to expand and scale its operations, particularly in California and Canada. To do so successfully, they needed to establish a digital presence and optimize their lead funnel. The Semgeeks team planned a two-phase approach. The strategy started with PPC and SEO campaigns, where we leveraged their niche product offerings to increase brand awareness and rank higher on organic search. From there, we launched comprehensive email marketing and social media campaigns to further drive traffic and improve down-funnel conversions. These initial outreach strategies paved the way for Specto’s ongoing marketing efforts. The results were a drastically improved web presence, a better user experience, and increased interest among Specto’s targeted audience.


At the onset of our partnership, Specto was relatively unfamiliar with modern digital marketing strategies. Our team provided guidance, consultation, and direction, using search engine optimization practices to create a comprehensive digital media plan. We pushed onsite and offsite optimization, focusing on an updated navigation structure and keyword incorporation.

Initially, Specto had trouble nurturing new leads and pushing them further down their sales funnel. We recommended a PPC campaign, using multiple landing pages. We then followed up and retargeted leads using email and social media campaigns.

Sunbird came to us looking for a full rebrand of the company and website that would improve brand recognition across all of their digital platforms. They were also in need of a comprehensive digital marketing plan that would amplify their online presence so they could reach a larger, more diverse pool of potential clients.


When Sunbird came to us, they were interested in completely rebranding their company. With that said, this leading business in the DCIM sector needed a new identity. Starting from scratch, we crafted a brand with cohesive elements that were carried throughout the typography, brand colors, logo, and tone. A new design direction sparked a streamlined user flow that simply directs users to exactly what they are looking for.

Our PPC strategists implemented a strategic, multi-channel plan that would drive conversion and data acquisition at a comfortable cost per lead. From top-of-the-funnel campaigns, like whitepaper downloads, to more direct CTAs to test-drive the software, we assisted Sunbird in building their sales pipeline and continuing to nurture prospects through remarketing and Hubspot automation.

The SEO team worked to balance the new website with content and link building, identifying and aggressively targeting crucial key terms. With Sunbird climbing the SERPs, visibility and traffic grew.

MRC Recreation

MRC Recreation has been a supplier of park, playground, and recreation equipment from coast to coast for over 35 years. With a newfound focus on digital, the brand recognized they needed to optimize their web presence. We were tasked with overhauling their website, boosting the brand’s Google SERPs rankings, and sending targeted paid traffic to their new online hub. These strategies improved their brand authority and generated more traffic, leads, and sales.


Web development
Our first task was to modernize MRC’s website. The new SEO-based design utilized a condensed aesthetic and user-friendly navigation flow with a focus on highlighting MRC’s most popular structures. We then equipped the MRC site with an interactive web reader for catalogs and lookbooks and incorporated comprehensive forms for subscriptions. Our team also implemented categorized gallery sections and carousels to showcase the aesthetic quality of MRC’s substantial product portfolio.

During the website redesign, our team sought to give MRC Rec a clean and contemporary aesthetic using their high-quality assets as focal points. To improve the user experience, we condensed the website’s navigation, including a mega menu of categorized pages. And since MRC is also involved with elevated site and streetscape environments, we created a secondary homepage—StudioMRC—within the main site.

Our PPC team also played a role in boosting MRC Rec’s visibility with paid ads across social media, which led to custom-built landing pages. Each campaign was carefully targeted to draw attention to a specific product they wanted to push. The result? New, higher-quality leads began to pour in.

Both onsite and off, our SEO team bolstered MRC’s search engine visibility using best practices, carefully chosen keywords, and content pillar pages. From blog content with strategic link building and keyword inclusion to creative web content, the SEO team helped drive the platform to the top of SERPs.
