Directive has a team of hard working individuals that are experts in the field of SEO. They bring innovative ideas to the table that increase the health of our website.
The start of the engagement and the level of interaction from the Directive execs can give you a misplaced confidence that they know what they are doing and will ensure they care as much about your businesses as you do. While our account manager was great, the actual Paid and Organic execution was abysmal. We spent more and saw steady declines in performance - no one could explain why or improve the situation. In fact, we had our account "turn off" twice and they never even noticed. We lost 10 valuable months of potential traction and learnings on paid search. I cannot recommend with good conscience Directive to any B2B /tech company.
