What you’ll do

As Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day qualification of new assigned leads to qualify them as a fit for Credo, create a project for them in the Credo system, and be there to support them as they go through the process of hiring;
  • Proactive lead qualification and outreach to leads who do not schedule calls;
  • Working with leadership team members to enhance the market strategy and refine market segmentation and messaging based on your conversations;
  • Investigating new tools to propel greater productivity and company performance. 

Please note that this job does not require any actual sales or sales experience. It is a salaried role with no commission.

What you’ll need to succeed

 The following experience is relevant to us:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience;
  • A proven track record of overperforming in customer-facing roles;
  • Experience using CRM software to optimize performance;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;

Agency experience and exposure to/experience in digital marketing is a plus.

Credo is located in Denver, Colorado. Ideally you will be in Denver, but this is not required. We are only able to hire US-based candidates at this time.

Compensation is competitive base.
