Your host

Your host and instructor is John Doherty, founder & CEO of Credo and veteran marketplace growth and SEO consultant. John’s worked for agencies, in-house, and as a solo consultant and entrepreneur since 2008, which means that he has hired, fired, and been hired (and fired).

As a solo consultant, John has closed over $500,000 in consulting work since 2015. He cut his teeth in sales working as a Cutco Knives salesperson in college, and since then has honed his craft through the unique outlook Credo gives him on the digital marketing industry.

John lives in Denver Colorado with his wife, daughter, and very large black labrador. When not working, he’s skiing, mountain biking, or traveling (depending on the season). He’ll also never say no to a good craft IPA.
