Caruso's Coffee

Caruso’s Coffee was formed in 2003 by Mike Caruso and his three sons, Dominic, Michael, and Paul. The company represents Mike’s second adventure in the coffee industry: he has been roasting and blending specialty coffees in Northeast Ohio since 1982 and is highly regarded as an expert in the field.

As a family-owned company focused on B2B and wholesale coffee for more than 30 years, Caruso’s Coffee came to 42connect to expand their reach with online coffee shoppers. The challenge was entering a new market with little brand recognition and trying to attract first-time buyers in a very competitive space.

Because Caruso’s Coffee had never sold direct to consumers, there was no historical data to understand customers' online behavior. To find out the profitability of each avenue 42connect built and tested campaigns to test paid search, Product Listing Ads, Facebook advertising, email (lead nurturing), online promotions and more.

The House of Rohl, a Fortune Brand, is a manufacturer of fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms. They specialize in authentic luxury faucets with modern, transitional, and traditional styles.

The House of Rohl was running online advertising campaigns but they weren't seeing the results they wanted. Their in-house marketing team turned to 42connect to develop a multi-platform PPC strategy to help them reach their sales goals.

Geartec is the large industrial gear manufacturing arm of United Stars Inc. Their primary emphasis is on heavy equipment that requires reliable gearing to keep operating. They specialize on Gear Machining and Industrial Gear Manufacturing.

Geartec has been manufacturing gears for 30+ years, but their website wasn't reflecting it. Many businesses neglect their website, considering it as a necessary evil, but not crucial to their company's success. For Geartec, an outdated, poorly structured website was scaring potential customers away and wasn't in-tune with their overall growth strategy. The site was slow, and the content was outdated.

Geartec offers nationwide reliable, first-hand expertise, but their presence was obsolete.
