Timber is a new, upscale apartment property in Boulder, Colorado, built as part of an innovative mixed-use development with residential, retail, commercial and public recreation space. Timber hired Campfire Digital during their construction phase to design and develop its website, and then conduct a promotional campaign to attract new tenants.
Starting from scratch, our team worked with design partners to build out a flexible WordPress website synched to Timber’s CRM system and online leasing application system. After a successful site launch, we initiated a launch campaign to introduce the Timber brand, build an online community and drive leads to the onsite leasing staff. Our team developed a robust search ad campaign on both Google and Bing, including several remarketing ad sets. We also created a social media marketing campaign on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with the goals of promoting the Timber brand, building a social following and attracting new leads. Facebook and Instagram ads became a central piece of the campaign, with multiple retargeting ads running across the platforms.
The critical phases of this campaign took place during the national shutdown for the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the campaign took off immediately with exponential growth in online engagement and a steady flow of new leads. Results for a 7-month launch campaign:
