ContractWorks is a contract management software company that helps you store and search for your contracts on the fly in a secure ecosystem at any time. It also allows you to throw together reports very quickly, and get alerts on key contract milestones and expiration dates automatically so you never fall behind on work or payments again.

Though ContractWorks had superior technology, software, security, and compliance than most of their competitors, they still had a hard time showing up for keywords searches relevant to their services and the features of their services.

We were brought on to help them increase their search volume site-wide, as well as help them rank better for their highest-converting keywords. The initial plan was to lay out a holistic SEO strategy, fix any technical issues, then use content marketing to significantly grow traffic over time.

Segment is a customer data infrastructure that allows you to collect and route customer data to hundreds of different marketing, analytics, sales, and data warehousing tools.

Though Segment had great year-over-year organic growth, it wasn't what they thought it should be and wanted us to look for opportunities for improvement.

We were able to perform a deep dive through Segment's on-site content, blog content, and keyword targeting to ensure they were focusing on the parts of their site that drove the most traffic for them. We built a plan that their team could operate from for keyword targeting, content production, and technical best practices moving forward. Then we built links to the most important pages on their site from a traffic perspective.

Bidsketch is a proposal software business that helps customers create beautiful client proposals in minutes, and integrates directly in to most invoicing platforms such as Freshbooks.

Bidsketch wanted to gain more traffic from organic search, specifically to feed in to their email list which is their highest source of converting business.

We focused the majority of our campaign around building out content marketing resources such as proposal templates, proposal writing guides, worksheets, and ebooks that were all gated behind an email signup prompt. Each time someone entered in their email address on a dedicated landing page they would be sent the resource via email and be looped in to Bidsketch's marketing automation database.

We also focused on blog posts that would help create buzz around these resources, and help rank and give value on their own as well.

JotForm is a form building platform that is free to use by anyone, the only time customers start to pay is when they have a certain level of form submissions. JotForm integrates beautifully with SalesForce, PayPal, MailChimp, and pretty much every large service you could imagine a form builder integrating with. JotForm lets you set up powerful forms in seconds, from simple contact forms to robust payment forms, integrated with the services you already use.

One of JotForm’s largest competitors, Adobe, was shutting down the product JotForm had to compete with, FormsCentral, and wanted our help getting their “FormsCentral Alternative” page to rank #1 for all searches revolving around “adobe formscentral alternative” so that when the service shut down users could easily import their forms directly from the FormsCentral Alternative page.

JotForm also wanted PR help announcing this import tool to the tech and business world, as well as announcing other tools such as their new Form Analytics, Fillable Form PDF Creator, and Apple Watch app.

We took a thorough, multi-prong approach by first analyzing the page for SEO best practices, correcting all technical impurities in the page, adding relevant content that would help users once they were on the page, aligned other factors on the site, as well as created content around the site that would instruct users on what they could do next once all of their forms were imported to JotForm, and linked these pieces of content from the FormsCentral Alternative page itself.

We built a large amount of content to promote off-site, publishing on many large publications in the marketing and business community – such as, The Huffington Post,, Digital Journal, and Forbes – through strategic outreach with editors and writers in our network.

Within 2 months JotForm’s “FormsCentral Alternative” page ranked #1 for “adobe formscentral alternative” and all related terms, with months to spare before the service shut down.
